These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the

Vedic astrology, KP astrology, numerology, Kundali matching (Gun Milan) and

muhurat services offered on it ("the Service"), operated by

Divine Jyotish Vaibhav (operated by AK Pandey, an individual) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, browsing,

or paying for any feature on this site, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of the service. All readings, charts, reports and calculations

provided through the Service are for informational and guidance purposes

only, based on the birth details and other information you provide. They

are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or

psychological advice, and no outcome or result is guaranteed.

Accuracy of predictions. Astrology and numerology are interpretive

traditions, not exact sciences. Every reading is the outcome of a

permutation and combination of many chart factors, classical rules, and

the judgment applied in interpreting them - it reflects our best-effort

analysis using established methods, not a certainty. Astrology has

inherent limitations, and reasonable practitioners can read the same

chart differently. Predictions may not fully match your experience or

expectations, and we make no warranty - express or implied - that any

reading, remedy, or prediction will be accurate, complete, or satisfy

you. We are not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the content,

tone, or outcome of a reading, provided it was generated and delivered

as described in these Terms.

Accuracy of information you provide. Astrological and numerological

calculations depend entirely on the accuracy of the date, time and place

of birth (and other details) you enter. We are not responsible for

inaccurate results caused by incorrect information supplied by you.

Eligibility and accounts. You must be at least 18 years old to create an

account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials

confidential and for all activity under your account. Birth details of a

minor (e.g. a child) may be submitted by a parent or guardian on that

minor's behalf for the purpose of generating a report for them.

Payments and pricing. Paid features are clearly marked on the site, with

current pricing shown on the Pricing page and the purchase page for each

feature. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (Razorpay,

PayU, Cashfree and/or PhonePe, depending on what is enabled) in Indian

Rupees (INR). We do not store your card, UPI or bank details ourselves -

they are handled directly by the payment gateway.

Refunds and cancellations. See our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy,

which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property. The site's content, design, and the specific text

of reports generated for you are provided for your personal use. You may

not resell, redistribute, or publish reports generated through this

Service as your own work product for commercial purposes without our

written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are

not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising

from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any reading/report it

produces.

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; the

"Effective date" below will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of

the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any

dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in

Bhopal.
